Detroit area alumni and friends will be working to make Detroit more green from 9 am to 12 pm.  The activity will be tree planting in the Seyburn and Baldwin neighborhood, northeast of downtown.

Volunteers will meet in the parking lot of the St. Charles Church to begin the work project.  St. Charles address is 1491 Baldwin Street, Detroit, MI  48214.

We will break for a picnic lunch, please bring a bag lunch. Children are welcome to work alongside a parent or guardian.

Directions:

Take Jefferson Ave. E. North from Downtown approximately 2.75 miles, turn left onto Sheridan St., then right on Lafayette St. E. then left on Baldwin St. to the Church parking lot.
