Registration:
We have 18 people registered for the event at The Greater Boston Food Bank, September 18 from 8:45-12:00

Location: The Food Bank is located at 99 Atkins Street Boston, MA 02118 #617-427-5200. View Directions

We will be staffing a shift from 9-12. The Food Bank provides a short training program and then it is off to the races. Each of us will be assign a responsiblity - sorting, packing, weighing and moving food. It is a fun time with lots of chatting & laughing. The results are amazing and you will certainly feel as though our team helped make a difference!

Parking: There is a small parking lot to the left of the building (if facing the building from the street). There is plenty of safe on-street parking as well.

Breakfast: Thanks to Eileen Imada for her help in soliciting bagel and coffee donations for the event. WE STILL NEED JUICE, CREAM CHEESE, PAPER CUPS & A FRUIT PLATE - I will plan to bring all of this unless someone volunteers to solicit donations or bring themselves?!

Lunch: There is an casual lunch planned at the Victoria Diner which is walking distance from the GBFB. Everyone enjoyed the company and the food last year - it's a great time to meet more friends and catch up with old friends.

Dress: Please be sure to dress comfortable and DO NOT wear any open toed shoes.
