ATLANTA
1:00 - 4:00 pm
Atlanta Community Food Bank
I cordially invite all of you to join me and my spouse (Bill Levisay, '83)
at our home for a light lunch prior to the Food Bank project. We are located
not far from the interstate in Midtown Atlanta, and we are minutes away from
the Atlanta Community Food Bank. I will have t-shirts on hand for those who
would like to change and wear their shirt to the project. We'll serve lunch
from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. Please RSVP by email at Levsal@aol.com or
by calling Jennie or Bill at (404) 873-4994 and let us know if you have any
dietary restrictions. We hope you can join us!
Event
Join Wooster alumni, parents, and friends as we sort and package canned goods
and other non-perishables at the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Our hands-on
efforts will provide vital assistance to ACFB and the nearly 700 non-profit
agencies (soup kitchens, shelters and nursing homes) who utilize the food
bank. Kids over 8 are welcome to participate, but it is not recommended for
pregnant women due to possible heavy lifting. We will meet for lunch at the
home of Jennie Saliers and Bill Levisay before heading over to the ACFB.
