Glen Canyon Park Habitat Restoration Project
Glen Canyon Park has one of only two remaining above ground creeks in
San Francisco-Islaais Creek. The park includes grass lands and forested
areas as a refuge for numerous birds, insects and other animals. We will
be working with the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department clearing
invasive vegetation. Meet up with old Wooster friends and make new ones
as we will meet from 8am-9am for coffee and bagels and we invite you to
bring your own picnic for after our job is done. All ages are welcome
however, children 4th grade and older are ideal.
