Clean-Up Day at Hiram House
Cleveland-area alumni, friends, and families will come together for
a great day of fall clean up at Hiram House Camp in Moreland Hills. Founded
in 1896, Hiram House has provided outdoor education and enrichment to
thousands of kids of all races, ethnic origins and economic backgrounds,
through many generations. Outside we’ll be raking, weeding, cleaning
up the lakefront beach and helping to prepare for the Pumpkin Patch Festival
taking place in October. Indoors we’ll paint and clean up cabins
and lodges. Kids of all ages are welcome and there are lots of fun things
for the kids to see including horses, a treehouse, a frontier fort, a
fire station and a
covered wagon.
