San Francisco Project — 2002:

Fighting Hunger in the Bay Area: Second Harvest

Description of activity:

Volunteers gathered to sort food at the San Carlos branch of Second Harvest’s food bank. After an opening orientation, the volunteers worked together packaging food for distribution to the many soup kitchens, pantries and hunger centers in the area.
