Sohil N. Parekh ’99 (President)

Until recently, Sohil was a Consultant with the Boston office of The Boston Consulting Group, a leading international strategy and general management consulting firm. At BCG, he works primarily with Fortune 500 clients in the telecommunications industry. Outside of work, Sohil serves as leader of the Boston chapter of the American India Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to accelerating social and economic change in India. Originally from Bombay, India, Sohil graduated from Wooster in 1999, with majors in Mathematics and Economics. After Wooster, Sohil earned a Master's degree from MIT's Technology and Policy Program, where he researched emerging wireless technologies. As an alum, Sohil has stayed connected with the College, serving as local leader for Scots-in-Service projects, volunteering with the Scots Career Network and as a member of the Alumni Board (2004-2007).
Qaisar “Q” Imam

S. Qaisar Imam '91 originally from Lahore, Pakistan was a Business Economics major and had the unique experience of living as an RA in Kenarden dorm the last year before it went through a significant interior renovation. Qaisar was a member of the First section (Betas) and presided over the Investment Club and Campus Council. Since graduating from Wooster, Qaisar has worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and is currently with the Global Business Services at IBM. Qaisar and Bushra have recently moved to the Houston, TX area with their 3 children.
Christabel

Christabel hails from Ghana in West Africa and graduated from C.O.W. in 2004. While on campus, she participated in Ujamaa, Student Government Association, International Student Association, Women of Dene, and also served on Campus Council. She was also a Resident Assistant in Babcock and Holden Halls. Her experiences at the College were extremely positive and, hence her choice to stay on an extra year and work with the Office of International Students Affairs. During her year long internship at the OISA, she began to work on her dream to get more international alumni to be a part of the lives of current students through the introduction of the 'Then and Now' column in COSMOS, and now her participation in ISAN. She is also a member of the College of Wooster Alumni Board. Christabel is has a Masters Degree in International Affairs with a specialization in Economic and Political Development from Columbia University. She is currently a Research Analyst at Optimal Solutions Group, a public policy organization in Washington D.C.
Nikita

Nikita came to Wooster, from Mumbai India in the spring of 1998 and graduated in 3.5 yrs, in May 2001. While at Wooster she was a member of the ISA, SMAAC, Co-Chaired the South Asia Committee, and worked for AMRE, Campus Security, Academic Computing Services, and the Lowry Front Desk. She majored in Computer Science, with a minor in Mathematics and seized the opportunity to also pursue her myriad of other interests, therefore taking classes in Sculpture, Acting 1 & 2, Golf, Philosophy, among others. One of the high points of her time at Wooster was performing in "Undermilkwood" at Freelander Theater with her computer science faculty advisor cheering her on in the audience! Since leaving Wooster, Nikita has been working as a Software Developer at Eclipsys Corporation in Malvern PA. Eclipsys is one the leading providers of health care software products. Its clients include Sloane Kettering, El Camino Hospital, Johns Hopkins and the Cleveland Clinic. Nikita is passionate about helping Wooster students get the recognition they deserve. In addition to ISAN she is also a member of the Scots Career Network and plays softball in an inter-office league.
Anant Padmanabhan ’99 (Admissions)

Anant, originally a resident of Calcutta, India, graduated in '99 with a degree in mathematics. While at Wooster, Anant was a features editor for the Wooster Voice, served as the president of the International Students' Association and was a member of the cricket team. Since graduating, Anant has gradually moved up the East Coast having lived first in Washington, DC, then New York and now Boston. In 2004, he earned a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University, with a specialization in international economics. Anant currently works as an associate in the equity research division of Cowen & Co., an investment bank that focuses on health care and technology. In Boston, he has to contend with people frequently confusing Wooster with Worcester, Mass. and rues not buying the "Wooster Is Not in Massachusetts" T-shirt sold at our very own Wilson Bookstore.
Desislava Dimitrova ’05 (Admissions)

Desislava is from Plovdiv, Bulgaria and currently lives in San Francisco, CA. At Wooster Desislava majored in Business Economics, spent a year abroad at LSE, was part of Campus Council, and was involved in founding the Social Entrepreneurship Program at Wooster. She worked for the Director of International Admissions, hence her current ISAN role. Among college activities, IS, post college jobs and experimental MBA courses, Desislava has worked on projects in macro- and micro-economics, finance, entrepreneurship, marketing, actuarial and behavioral modeling. She is convinced that the "Wooster Path" enabled her to thrive in all of her varied undertakings.
Kimberly Chin-See ’06 (Admissions)

Kimberly began her Wooster journey in the fall of 2003. She left in the Spring of 2006 with a BA in Political Science. During her time there she trained with the Wooster Diving Team, was a member of the Model United Nations Team, Babcock Committee, a Resident Assistant in Holden and awarded a position to serve on the Judicial Board. She worked with the Dean of Students Office, Keys and ID's, Lowry Front Desk.She had the unique opportunity of working with the Dean of Students Office and the Registrar in helping Wooster matriculate and accredit the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) for all Caribbean students. After graduation she returned home, to her little island in the sun, Jamaica. She is the proud teacher of a Grade 3 class at a girls school in Kingston. She is also pursing a Masters Degree in Government.
Mustafa

Mustafa set out to attend the college of Wooster in Aug 2001. At the end of his sophomore year he opted to major in Business Economics, while actively participating in on-campus events, student run organizations and clubs. He was selected as an RA in 2003, and continued working as a liaison between the students and the office of Residential Life and Housing before graduating in 2005. Above all, he fondly remembers being captain of the victorious Wooster cricket team that beat Haverford College in August 2005, thereby retaining the Robert G. Wilder Trophy. Since graduating from the college, Mustafa has been working as a credit analyst at Wallis State Bank in Houston, TX. Wallis State Bank is a local community bank, with branches operating in Houston, its adjoining suburbs, and San Antonio, TX. Mustafa continues his zest for cricket while representing the Memorial Cricket Club in the Houston Cricket League. Besides, he looks forward to being connected with the college, the students, and the alumni, both as a member of the ISAN, and as a local patron of the Scots In Service projects.
