Since 1927, members of the Wooster family have been providing regular, generous support to the College and making a difference. Your annual, unrestricted gifts make it possible for Wooster to successfully accomplish its mission of offering young men and women a rigorous comprehensive education which will help them to become educated leaders in a complex society. Gifts to The Wooster Fund are true votes of confidence by alumni, parents and friends - the people who know the College best. The Wooster Fund strengthens the entire student-centered academic and co-curricular program at the College. Your gift:

• Provides scholarships for students who benefit from Wooster's distinctive education in the liberal arts and sciences. 95% of our students receive financial support (need-based and merit aid) from the College. Student tuition and fees provide only 60% of the annual operating budget; the rest comes from endowment income and gifts to The Wooster Fund.
• Supports extracurricular activities which encourage students to become leaders and to develop special skills and interests that will make a difference in their lives after Wooster.
• Enables Wooster to compete for the most talented teacher-scholars to ensure that both classroom teaching and academic mentoring are first rate.
• Keeps Wooster's campus beautiful and well-maintained
